You must be at least 18 years old to use our platform. By accessing or using our services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You may need to create an account to access some parts of 10xPrep. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, please notify us immediately.
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on 10xPrep are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use or reproduce any of this content without written permission.
Access to certain features of 10xPrep may require a one-time payment or subscription. By making a payment, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method.
All purchases and payments made through 10xPrep are final. However, as a goodwill policy, users may be eligible for a 100% refund of their most recent transaction for a window of 14 days from the date of transaction only if more than 85% of the purchased credits remain unused at the time of the refund request. To request a refund, users must: • Submit a written request to 10xPrep within 14 days of purchase, and • Ensure that no more than 15% of credits have been consumed from that specific transaction. Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the most recent purchase only. Credits from earlier transactions are not considered. Once a refund is issued, all remaining credits from that transaction will be revoked. By purchasing any of our services or digital products, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy and that no refunds will be issued outside of the conditions described above.
